I find that creating a mantra for the day at the beginning of yoga class makes your practice much more helpful and centered. I especially enjoy creating a mantra that asks myself for what I need today. “Give me strength. Give me acceptance. Give me peace.” Repeat it throughout your practice and you’ll leave class more prepared for the day :)
